Many of our products have been enhanced and updated in our efforts to provide increased quality and adjustability.  The product dimensions listed on this website are to the nearest inch and are intended for descriptive purposes.  The products represented on this website are subject to modification consistent with changes or improve­ments in design or specifications, which may affect the measurements slightly.


Since 1986, TherAdapt has designed products with safety, comfort, and durability as our prime concerns.  We proudly manufacture all our products in the USA.

Terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice for established accounts and Public Schools, Hospitals, Institutions, and Government Agencies. Please order on your official purchase order or letterhead with an authorized signature.  Other organizations, please contact our credit department at 800-261-4919 to establish credit.


All prices are in U.S. Dollars.  Payment must be in U.S. Dollars.  Individuals please submit a personal check or money order, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. No C.O.D. shipments will be made. TherAdapt reserves the right to withhold shipment of pending orders for overdue accounts. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee. Overdue invoices may bear interest. Customer shall be responsible for any cost of collection.



TherAdapt Products Inc. sells to customers around the world and across the United States.  We are able to help you facilitate payment from a third party payer such as your Private Medical Insurance Carrier or Medicaid, but we are not able to bill these parties directly.  Procurement of third party funding for medically necessary Durable Medical Equipment (DME) can usually be obtained by following the procedures outlined in the following documents:

TherAdapt Products has licensed Physical Therapists on staff to provide you with assistance in choosing the most appropriate equipment for your child’s specific needs.  If you have a specific question about how or when to use a TherAdapt Product, please e-mail us at or call/text us at 800-261-4919, you will be connected directly to one of our therapists.

We have a Fit Right Guide which is a simple form that you can fill out along with your child’s own therapists and doctors. You provide us with some critical measurements and indicate the type of equipment you are interested in.  Then you contact our therapist directly via e-mail or by calling or texting 800-261-4919 and we match the measurements and criteria you provide to the most appropriate adaptive equipment.

Our therapists and customer service representatives know the products we carry on our website and we work with you from initial contact through the entire order process.  We will not only help you choose the most appropriate equipment, but we also take care of placing your order.  We strive to guide each customer through the ordering process, which can be comforting given how complicated adaptive equipment can be with multiple options, sizes, and accessories offered.







All TherAdapt products should be used with the prior approval of a physician and under the guidance and supervision of a licensed therapist. Always make sure that you understand how to properly use our products before placing your child in the equipment. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the prod­uct for its intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable either in tort or in contract for any loss or damage, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. The foregoing is TherAdapt’s sole liability for consequential damages.



We extend a limited 1-year warranty on all items of our manufacture. Our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from invoice date. OTHER THAN THE FOREGOING WARRANTY, THERADAPT PRODUCTS INC. MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE PRODUCT. Use or modifi­cations beyond the normal capacity or range of adapt­ability designed into the products will void the war­ranty. TherAdapt is not responsible for any particular use or modifications beyond the intended capacity or range of adaptability. In the event the product includes a warranty card or extended warranty from the manufacturer, customer's sole recourse under such warranty shall be against the manufacturer.  The warranty set forth herein shall govern all purchases, notwithstanding any inconsistent terms and conditions of customer's purchase order.

When choosing a piece of equipment, it is important to get help from a qualified source. We strongly rec­ommend working with an experienced Registered Complex Rehab Technology Specialist (RRTS) to provide our equipment, particularly if you are purchasing standing or mobility products. A qualified RTS will assist with evaluations, fittings, and any needed follow-up to ensure that the equipment is appropriate for your child. One way to ensure that you receive quality service is to utilize a Certified Complex Rehab Technology Specialist (CRTS). A CRTS is a NRRTS (The National Registry of Rehabilitation Technology Suppliers) member in good standing that has passed the ATP (Assistive Technology Professional) credentialing examination administered by RESNA (The Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America).

Confirming telephone orders is not necessary unless we request one or you require one. If you must confirm an order, please indicate it as “Confirmation of Telephone Order” clearly on your mail order or Fax transmittal to avoid a duplicate shipment. We cannot be held respon­sible for duplicate orders that occur as a result of “confir­mations” that are not clearly marked as such.



Pricing on this website supersedes all previous printed catalogs. Product prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. If prices should change significantly (>10%), we will make every effort to contact you prior to processing the order. Michigan residents please add 6.0% sales tax to your order.



If the facility receiving the merchandise is in a state or locality that normally charges tax and you are exempt from tax, include a copy of your exemption or resale certificate with your order. If your facility is not in such a state or locality, please submit use tax directly to your state.






If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, we will refund the full purchase price, excluding shipping and restocking fees, on approved returns that we receive within 30 days from the date of invoicing.  There will be a 10% restocking fee for returns.  Please be advised that no returns will be accepted after 60 days.  Return authorization does not guarantee a full credit.  Credit is based upon the original invoice price, minus any shipping charges, and will be issued after the item has been inspected.

Please call us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Any returns received without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please understand that we cannot cancel custom-made or special orders in progress, nor accept their return unless defective. All Clearance Item sales are final.  For health reasons we cannot accept returns of personal hygiene products (i.e. bathing/toi­leting products, opened TheraTogs™, this list is not all-inclusive). We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of Car Seat products due to safety regulations and restrictions. Thank you for your understanding.


Return ship­ment is the responsibility of the returning party unless the goods were received as a result of our error. No C.O.D.s will be accepted. For full credit, minus any shipping fees paid on your original order, all returns must be received in new/resalable condition.  Please return all items you want to be credited for in the original packaging.  The original packaging is designed to prevent product damage during shipment.  Please carefully repack the items so they are secure inside the box.

Each item will be thoroughly inspected upon return. TherAdapt Products Inc. will be the sole determinant of resal­ability. We will not accept a return if the item is or has been visibly used, altered, damaged, disassembled, outdated, or has not been returned within 60 days from the date of invoice.  Any damage that has occurred to the product will be documented and assessed as minor, moderate, or severe, with corresponding charges of 10%, 25%, or 50% of the sale price, respectively. We offer a variety of replacement parts to keep your equipment in excellent condition. If you need replace­ment parts, please call us with the serial number of your product and/or the approximate date you ordered the product, and we will provide you with a price quote. If the design has not changed significantly, we are able to supply common replacement parts for older items.
